Many of you know me and my scribbles via this site, while others (particularly New Brunswickers) know that I also run the FB site TAXING NEW BRUNSWICK, as well as my personal page.
I use TNB for two reasons. One is to advise NBers about a book I’ve written to help them once their assessment notices arrive. The other is to give out tidbits of information about assessment and taxes in NB, including links to posts I’ve written about this misunderstood subject. Informed people simply make better decisions for all concerned and it’s my way of contributing to making NB an even better place than it already is.
This being Thanksgiving weekend, I want to let readers on all three of my pages to know how much I appreciate your reading my stuff and your purchases of my book. I am humbled by anyone who finds value in something I have to say, whether I do it via book, FB, e-mail, or other sites.
Writing and sharing information that either helps, informs, entertains, or evokes emotion gives me reason to get up every morning and I am forever grateful that everyone reading this has decided to share this part of my later-life journey with me.
May your Thanksgiving be one of gratitude and joy in the sharing of time and food with the ones you love.
